How do I install and activate it?
After checkout you receive a QR code by email. Scan it in your phone's mobile data settings to install the eSIM - do this at home while you still have WiFi. The plan itself only starts once you land and the device connects to a local network.
Will it work on my phone?
Any carrier-unlocked phone that supports eSIM will work. That covers iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S and Note models. If in doubt, dial *#06# - if an EID number is listed, your phone supports eSIM.
Can I keep my normal number while I travel?
Yes. The eSIM installs alongside your existing SIM, so your home number stays active for calls and texts while all data runs over this plan. Turn data roaming off on your home line to avoid roaming charges.

On a daily unlimited plan the full-speed allowance resets every 24 hours, and the connection keeps working at a reduced speed until it does. On a standard plan the data simply ends, and you can buy another plan at any time.
