A plan starts only when the phone connects to a network at the destination. The Simnova app for iOS and Android is the main way to buy and manage eSIMs — it adds top-ups, data balance checks and Nova credit rewards that the web store does not have — and the web store remains fully shoppable, including for AI agents via UCP.
