Digital Delivery Only (eSIM Products)

At SIMNOVA, all our products are delivered digitally with no physical shipping, no delays, and no extra fees.
Once your purchase is complete, your eSIM QR code will be sent to your email instantly. You can install it right away or save it for just before your trip.

Delivery Time

  • Instant delivery: Your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are sent within 1–2 minutes of checkout.
  • If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation – Your purchase details.
  2. eSIM Delivery Email – Your QR code and setup instructions.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you enter a valid and correct email address during checkout.
  • Your eSIM QR code is unique and should be kept secure and private.
  • SIMNOVA is not responsible for incorrect email addresses or issues arising from user error during the checkout process.

Incorrect Email Address

If you entered the wrong email, contact us at support@getsimnova.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number so we can resend your eSIM.

No Physical Shipping Fees

Since all SIMNOVA products are digital, we do not charge shipping fees or offer physical delivery.
