All eSIM products are digital and delivered instantly to the email address provided during checkout. Ensure that your email is correct, as SIMNOVA is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of eSIMs, all sales are final once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or used. Refunds may be available for unused and unactivated eSIMs in accordance with our Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility criteria and applicable exceptions.

Customers are responsible for checking that their devices are compatible with eSIM technology. SIMNOVA is not liable for issues arising from device incompatibility.
