  • Payment details — card payments are handled by our secure third-party payment processors, Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your full card number is entered directly with the payment provider and is never stored by SIMNOVA.

  • Device and browser information — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language, used to run the website and diagnose problems.
  • Usage and analytics — the pages you visit and how you use this website, so we can improve it.
  • Cookies — see section 6.
  • Approximate location — inferred from your IP address and browser settings, only to show relevant plans and pricing. We do not track your precise location.

  • Process your order and deliver your eSIM, including its QR code, activation details, and installation instructions.
